I think Jessie’s “people” should have just kicked a few bucks over to Loomis & the Lust or maybe at least gave them some acknowledgement that might have helped to promote the band.

I’m not sure if there is a case or not since a lot of borrowing seems to go on in music, but Jessie could at least handle it in a way that doesn’t seem like she’s trying to screw over a less well known band.
