We were live on New Year’s eve! We experienced the usual technical difficulties getting started. I wondered why it is that humans decided to have the year start in the middle of winter instead of the summer. We replied to questions that we received from Colin and Les. We discussed this year’s most-wanted gift cards. We paused to fix a minor technical problem with Jen’s headphones. Jen had a story about the Wikileaks guy’s OkCupid profile. Colin joined us via the Skypes. We ambushed him by asking him his predictions for 2011. Then we went over a list of the year’s worst songs. We had some fun reading spam messages. We went through a list of YouTube’s most-viewed videos of 2010. We played an appropriate song by Tin Pan. Since he wasn’t listening earlier, we also got to ambush Medros with his predictions for 2011. Then we finished up with a list of the top ten Twitter trends of 2010.

Can’t believe I missed the funsplosion! Problem was it was too early. If you had still been on at midnight, I would have been all over it. Having a newborn in the house again, I’m guaranteed to be up late with him, while everyone else is asleep.
